The writing was truly beautiful and the plot was interesting form start to finish! I felt the strength of this book was in the world building, the author did amazing conveying the setting to the audience. I thought the character development was really well done as well and I appreciate the different spin on how princesses are expected to be in this tale. However, I did feel like the pacing was a bit off in places, like the book felt really slow at times, but overall it was great!Verdict: I highly recommend this and I’m glad I pre-ordered!
