For many years psychologist Dr. Debra Campbell has guided people to understand and break cycles that keep them stuck in traumatic relationships, addictions, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. She understands first-hand how hard it is to struggle with an inner critic and other demons, to become your own best friend and to pick yourself up, whatever life throws at you.

In The 3 Loves Project, Dr Deb offers her essential tools and insights for reconnecting with your resilience and reclaiming a life of inner freedom, vibrancy, and joy. You’ll find plenty of practical exercises and warm guidance in deeply enhancing your lifelong emotional health, and always guided by your core values.
