The December Limited Edition theme for Enchanted Book Box was Christmas at Hogwarts. Several of the items are from different characters from the series. Here’s a list of items I received:

*History of Magic Notebook from TheInkedPage ($11 I believe? The shop is currently on holiday and I’m looking at an old etsy order)
*Mini Crochet Bookmark from WizardyCrochet ($5 USD)
*Buckbeak Patch from SardineRiot ($4.50 USD)
*Mirror of Erised from Enchanted Book Box (About $3 by my estimate)
*Radish Bracelet from Enchanted Book Box (About $1 by my estimate)
*Occlumency Tea from Riddle’s Tea Shoppe (Shop on break, cannot estimate price)
*Fuzzy Socks (About $3 USD)
*Marauderer’s Map from Enchanted Book Box (About $3 USD, Kailey put a lot of work into this map and it’s excellently detailed!)
*Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Hagrid Bookmarks from NerdyGrlDesigns (Shop on break, cannot estimate price)
*Wizard’s Hall candle from Geekygirlscents ($7.24 by my estimate)
*Herbology coloring page from MacraMadcher ($20 USD)
*Golden Snitch Mug from Enchanted Book Box ($10 USD)

Estimated Price of the Box: About $68 USD BUT I’m missing pricing estimates on several items because of shop closures for the holiday season. I would rate this box at about an $80-$85 USD value.

Verdict: I loved this adorable little box and all of the “presents” I got from each of the characters. I think Kailey put in a ton of time and effort into this box and I can’t wait to see what she comes up with in later limited edition boxes.

It’s that time of the month again! Time for another Enchanted Book Box unboxing! This month’s theme was Survival and it focused on Dystopians which is my favorite book genre!

The first items from the box are this room spray from Belle and Co Candle Makers, a candle from Novel Heartbeat, and some bath salts from The Soap Librarian. The room spray from Belle and Co is called Anti-Virus and smells of woody embers and spice. Bell and Co have an app on their website where you can make your own room spray for 9 USD. The candle from Novel Heartbeat is in the scent of AIDAN from our favorite mass murdering AI in Illuminae. It smells of strawberry shortcake and the two ounce retails for about 3.50 USD. The bath salts from The Soap Librarian are in the scent Green Apple and they have dried apples in them. Her bath salts retail for 14 USD.

The next group of items from the box include the info card art, two bookmarks from Book Coyote Designs, and a HUnger Games inspired pouch. The pouch comes from an unknown origin but should retail for about 3 USD if Kailey printed the design on the bag herself. The bookmarks are custom made from Book Coyote Designs. Her bookmarks retail for 2.80 USD each. And the artwork is from Johny Fox Art.

Lastly, we have a tattoo from Bookmark’d Tattoos and the book! Based on the size, the tattoo would probably retail at 4.25 and Katie makes such cute bookmarks! She and Kailey worked together to replicate something from the book in tatoo form, so you can definitely read this book and apply your tattoo on at the same time. Even if you didn’t get this box, you should definitely go check them out and grab one for your friends as a cute stocking stuffer! The book for this month was This Mortal Coil! The book came with a signed bookplate and a letter from the author. Here is a blurb about the book:

In this gripping debut novel, seventeen-year-old Cat must use her gene-hacking skills to decode her late father’s message concealing a vaccine to a horrifying plague.

Catarina Agatta is a hacker. She can cripple mainframes and crash through firewalls, but that’s not what makes her special. In Cat’s world, people are implanted with technology to recode their DNA, allowing them to change their bodies in any way they want. And Cat happens to be a gene-hacking genius.

That’s no surprise, since Cat’s father is Dr. Lachlan Agatta, a legendary geneticist who may be the last hope for defeating a plague that has brought humanity to the brink of extinction. But during the outbreak, Lachlan was kidnapped by a shadowy organization called Cartaxus, leaving Cat to survive the last two years on her own.

When a Cartaxus soldier, Cole, arrives with news that her father has been killed, Cat’s instincts tell her it’s just another Cartaxus lie. But Cole also brings a message: before Lachlan died, he managed to create a vaccine, and Cole needs Cat’s help to release it and save the human race.

Now Cat must decide who she can trust: The soldier with secrets of his own? The father who made her promise to hide from Cartaxus at all costs? In a world where nature itself can be rewritten, how much can she even trust herself? – Amazon.com

The book is retailing on Amazon for 11.62 USD and I’m definitely excited to read this book for the Hot Mess Book Club!

Estimated Price of the Box: 50.97 USD!

Verdict: Kailey did amazingly well with this month’s box and I’m so excited to see what happens in the future. This book went perfectly with the theme and all of the items are useful and I’m excited to use them!! So happy with this box! Kailey does have some November boxes left and January boxes are going to start soon! Be sure to grab your boxes now!

September 2017 Limited Edition Six of Crows Box – Enchanted Book Box

Rate: 5/5

Price: $65.00 USD/month plus shipping and handling. This was a limited edition box and a new limited edition box was just announced for December. Make sure to get yours today!

Products: 14 bookish items. The company tries to use handmade products from Etsy or other shops you see on bookstagram and the box offers a ton of exclusives that you can only get by ordering this box.

Hello everyone! Since our last limited edition box I’ve run off and joined the Dregs. I spend all day planning with Kaz, gambling with Jesper, and eating with Nina. Life is so good. So when I heard that Enchanted Book Box was doing a Six of Crows box I HAD to purchase it. I’m currently listening to it on audio book and IT. IS. AMAZING! The first thing that was in the box was obviously this awesome info/spoiler card. I love how it mirrors my edition of the book!

The first batch of items I received are these gorgeous items. I actually couldn’t fit everything in the picture so I had to take them in pieces. In these pictures you will see a beautiful tote from Atheenabeancreations that is an exclusive to this box. Atheena mostly makes t-shirts and while I love her shirts I adore this tote bag. Atheena! Make more totes for us please! I couldn’t get an estimate for this bag. The adorable bookmarks you see in their own picture are from nerdygrldesigns! These are worth $10 on her website and you should definitely check out her website for other adorable Dreg bookmarks!

The next item I spy is lotion from behindthepages! The scent is Kaz which smells like Tobacco, Leather, and Vanilla. It smells so amazing! To buy this for yourself will cost you $4 AUD or $3.12 USD. The coaster you see with all the nicknames of our favorite Dregs is from drawntothepages and it’s an exclusive! Angela has a “choose your coaster” section on her etsy page and they’re worth $6.25 USD. The box also included two candles! The first candle is the Crow Club candle. It is an exclusive to the box and it’s from one of my favorite stores: mugglelibrarycandles! Since she doesn’t have any 4 ounce candles in her shop at the moment, I estimated the price (by calculating on average how much her candles are worth by ounce) to be about $6.40. The other exclusive candle was a Merchling candle by @midnightrunecandles aka Rhiannon! Her candles are worth about $8 apiece and she currently has a Wylan and a Jesper candle available! Lastly, there was a tumbler included in the box which had the names of all of Crows. I believe this was made by Kailey herself so I do not have an estimate for that thermos.

The other items in this box were some gorgeous prints and stickers. The Wylan & Jesper and the Nina & Matthias art prints were made by @taratjah. The mini art prints on her shop are worth $17.99 each. The Dirtyhands print was made by Merwild fr $6.60 and The Dregs print was made by behindthepages. She has a similar poster available and I estimated the price to be about $4 AUD or $3.12 USD. The Kaz and Inej print was made by la-haine and it’s available in her shop for about $6.88 and finally the sticker was by anaisrosca. It is available for $2.75 on her shop.

Estimated cost of the items in the box if bought individually: $89.10

Verdict: LOVE this box! I thought this was an amazing box full of functional goodies as well as awesome props and art pieces that will beautifully decorate any picture or bookshelf. The only thing that I had issue with was that I did not receive the SOC matches from hereforevermore on etsy (worth about $3 on her website). Aside from that this box was everything I wanted and more! Can’t wait for the next limited edition boxes from Kailey!

Happy birthday Enchanted Book Box! It’s the one year anniversary for this box and so this month’s box was called A Year of Enchantments. It included this cute card and on the back Kailey typed up everything that was in the box, why she chose it, and why she chose the shop. The fandoms and the shops chosen in this box were a part of Kailey’s favorites. Kailey also included a personalized thank you note and she signed it! ❤

The first few items I pulled from the box were these small things. The bracelet is from Library Lights. It’s a wish bracelet, which you wear until it falls off. When you tie it on originally you are supposed to make a wish and then when it falls off it is supposed to come true, but I’ve always been way too impatient for that lol. The bracelet is Six of Crows inspired and it looks adorable! I’m not sure how much this item is, but a quick search makes me believe it’s worth between $4-$6. The other items in this box are a candle from Flick the Wick and a mirror from Bookworm Boutique. The Flick the Wick candle is called A Year of Enchantments and it smells like apple, pumpkin, and spices. It’s a two ounce sampler candle, so the price should be about $4. The mirror is Peter Pan inspired and it looks stunning! I’m not sure how much these are as well since her shop doesn’t have these as an option, but research tells me that it’s about $6.

The last items I pulled from the box were these! The bookmark is from Lexy Olivia. Her bookmarks run about $8 and the bookmark is super high quality and is very beautiful. The quote on it is ACOTAR related. The tote bag is from Ink and Wonder Designs. Her tote bags are usually $14.99 and the tote is Harry Potter themed (with the best character from that series: Luna Lovegood!). The last item I pulled out of the box was this art print. It’s from Pay The Iron Price and it’s about $5. The print is Game of Thrones themed and it awesome!

The book for this month was Jane Unlimited by Kristen Cashore. Here’s an excerpt of the book:

Jane has lived an ordinary life, raised by her aunt Magnolia—an adjunct professor and deep sea photographer. Jane counted on Magnolia to make the world feel expansive and to turn life into an adventure. But Aunt Magnolia was lost a few months ago in Antarctica on one of her expeditions.

Now, with no direction, a year out of high school, and obsessed with making umbrellas that look like her own dreams (but mostly just mourning her aunt), she is easily swept away by Kiran Thrash—a glamorous, capricious acquaintance who shows up and asks Jane to accompany her to a gala at her family’s island mansion called Tu Reviens.

Jane remembers her aunt telling her: “If anyone ever invites to you to Tu Reviens, promise me that you’ll go.” With nothing but a trunkful of umbrella parts to her name, Jane ventures out to the Thrash estate. Then her story takes a turn, or rather, five turns. What Jane doesn’t know is that Tu Reviens will offer her choices that can ultimately determine the course of her untethered life. But at Tu Reviens, every choice comes with a reward, or a price.

Read Jane, Unlimited and remember why The New York Timeshas raved, “Some authors can tell a good story; some can write well. Cashore is one of the rare novelists who do both.” – Amazon.com

This book is available for $12.30 and it seems amazing! Can’t wait to read it!

Estimated Value of Box: $54.29

Verdict: I thought this box was AWESOME! I loved EVERYTHING in this box and I thought that every item was super high quality and functional for book photos AND for real life. Definitely recommend this box to anyone and I know that October and especially November are going to be AMAZING! Stay tuned!

August 2017 – Enchanted Book Box

The enchantment continues into the fall and in this hurricane season I’m excited to have some extra items that I can use while cooped up in my house. Now if only my instagram would save my drafts then everything would be hunky dory! But that’s a story for another time! Anyways, this month’s theme was Women in Comics and this beautiful info card artwork was made by @johnyfoxart!

The first few items I pulled out of the box were these cute little items. The button is of Kamala Khan and retails for about $5 for an art print on Raicodoll’s Etsy page. The funko keychain item is of Spider-Gwen and retails for $4.65 each. People who got this box could have received Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn, or Scarlet Witch. The candle is from @threeknockscandles and retails for about $7.50. The scent is called Fight Like A Girl and it has a calming scent that isn’t too strong.

The last items I pulled out of the box were these bigger items. The soap is from @storyscentsations and retails for $6.99. The soap is called The Enchantress and it smells like Ancient Magic and Earth. The bookmarks are from @beedooTo. The characters are Storm and Lady Thor (Jane Foster). Her individual bookmarks are worth about $3.00 so these two are worth around $6.00. The art print is from ProudMomPrints and should be worth around $3.00 like her other prints. Lastly, the comic (Mean Girls by Ryan Heshka) is worth around $5.95 on the publishing website.

Lastly, the book for this month was Wonder Woman Warbringer by Leigh Bardugo! Here’s an excerpt of the book:

She will become one of the world’s greatest heroes: WONDER WOMAN. But first she is Diana, Princess of the Amazons. And her fight is just beginning. . . .

Diana longs to prove herself to her legendary warrior sisters. But when the opportunity finally comes, she throws away her chance at glory and breaks Amazon law—risking exile—to save a mere mortal. Even worse, Alia Keralis is no ordinary girl and with this single brave act, Diana may have doomed the world.

Alia just wanted to escape her overprotective brother with a semester at sea. She doesn’t know she is being hunted. When a bomb detonates aboard her ship, Alia is rescued by a mysterious girl of extraordinary strength and forced to confront a horrible truth: Alia is a Warbringer—a direct descendant of the infamous Helen of Troy, fated to bring about an age of bloodshed and misery.

Together, Diana and Alia will face an army of enemies—mortal and divine—determined to either destroy or possess the Warbringer. If they have any hope of saving both their worlds, they will have to stand side by side against the tide of war. – Amazon.com

The book came in hardback and had a pull-out posted in the back of the book! This book is available for $9.56 on Amazon.

Verdict: I thought this box was not only very well done but also was diverse. While most other Wonder Woman boxes either focused on just Diana or some other characters, this box focused on a wide variety of different and diverse female characters from comic books that all kick ass! I loved this box and I loved that there were so many items in this box. The estimated price of the box is at least $48.65, which is way over the $38 you pay for the box and this doesn’t count how much the artwork and the items that Kailey pays each month for the box like the wrapping paper and the boxes. I believe there are still some boxes available on the website so go grab yours before they’re sold out!

July 2017 – Enchanted Book Box

July is a time for the end of summer, but for me it was a time to celebrate the creation of some of the most beloved fairytales. So I celebrated it with Enchanted Book Box’s Grimmly Ever After box! This card was obviously the first item I grabbed from the box and the artwork is to DIE for! I LOVE how great these turned out! The info card artwork was done by @johnyfoxart. The artist has other art pieces for sale on the society6 page for $15 USD

The first items I grabbed from the box were the bathbombs from @genevachicmermaid titled Dance All Night, which is a reference to the story The 12 Dancing Princesses. The other item was a candle from @hollowcandleco! The candle was called Granny’s Basket, an obvious reference to Little Red Riding Hood. The candle smells absolutely delicious that even my husband wanted to get up and start baking some cookies! The bath bombs retail for about $5.95. The candle shop mainly has 4 ounce candles for sale for about $8 USD, but since the candle is a 2 ounce one, then I estimate the price to be $4 USD.

The next items in the box were a bookmark from @inapaperforest, which I was SUPER EXCITED to receive because I’ve always wanted a bookmark from this company! The bookmark references Cinderella and the quote is so sinister it fits this dark theme perfectly. The other item was a golden bird feather pen, which symbolizes how the Grimm brothers wrote the original book. The bookmark is worth about $2.87 and the pen is about $1.60 USD.

The next items in this box were the most beautiful items I had seen! The first was the Snow White and Red Rose key necklace crafted by @aspiring.artista! Just look at it!! How gorgeous is it!? You could receive one of three different types of these key necklaces. The others were a Hansel and Gretal themed one and a Rapunzel themed one. The other item was a Grimm themed pocket mirror made by PrettyPicturesGiftsCo from Etsy! The artwork was so beautiful and the detail on such a small surface was AMAZING. The key necklace retails between $10USD to $25USD depending on the style of key necklace you desire and the pocket mirror retails for $4USD.

The last item before I found the book was this simple yet stunning hook bookmark with a Cinderella show charm on it. Enchanted Book Box has decided to test out the idea of a monthly bookmark hook charm and I think the idea is amazing. Usually boxes do buttons and while buttons are cool decoration pieces they have no functionality outside of that. With this item you can accessorize it and put it to use marking your spot in the book! If you loved the item and/or the idea of it, then please contact Kailey (@enchantedbookbox) to let her know!

The last item in the box was the book which was… surprise!… The Brother’s Grimm Fairytales! The book is bounded leather with classic illustrations and it contains a ribbon marker. I simply love the cover art on the book and I loved that the item was wrapped by Kailey herself. I love how she single-handedly makes sure each box is packed with love and how she manages to do this herself! She’s a one-woman team who is kicking ass and taking names! Book is worth about 15USD. I had to estimate the price between different books because the version in the box is sold out at the moment.

Verdict: Another hit for Enchanted Book Box! I loved every item in the box and I felt that the theme was very appropriate nothing felt out of place. I also loved the monthly charm idea and the beautiful artwork on the info card! The only issue I had with the box was that my charm latch came broken, but it won’t be a hard fix. It’ll take me 30 seconds to fix the item when I find extra latches.
Overall, I enjoyed yet another Enchanted Book Box, the price of the box without including the artwork on the info card and the monthly charm is over $40USD, and I can’t wait for the Women In Comics August box! This box is always a great deal on bookish items I can  actually use! I also can’t wait for the photo challenge beginning August 7th! Are you going to participate? Leave me a comment below!

Enchanted Book Box – June 2017 Limited Edition Box

Rate: 5/5

Price: $65.00 USD/month plus shipping and handling. This was a limited edition box and a new limited edition box was just announced for August. Make sure to get yours today!

Products: 14 bookish items. The company tries to use handmade products from Etsy or other shops you see on bookstagram and the box offers a ton of exclusives that you can only get by ordering this box.

This was Enchanted Book Box’s first limited edition box and the theme was A Court of Thrones! This was an everything Sarah J Maas themed box and while I’m not the biggest SJM fan I fell in love with this box from beginning to end! Upon opening this box there was a beautiful black glittery wrapping paper and white “worms” surrounding the contents. The info card was neatly on top and it looks beautiful! It features both main characters from the series on the card and details all of the contents and where they come from.

The first items I pulled out of the box were items that Kailey aka the owner of Enchanted Book Box made herself. The first was this beautiful mug that reads Victim of Maas Destruction. While the decal was from TheBookishCo, Kailey applied the decal to the mugs and packaged them herself. The tote design was all done by Kailey and I am SO EXCITED to use this! Mug estimated price is $4 USD for just a regular white mug, decal an estimated $4 USD at least. Tote estimated price is $2 USD for just a regular canvas tote bag, unknown price for the software to make the design.

The next items were two candles. The first candle was from FlickTheWick and it is called Stars Eternal. It smells like night, ocean, and citrus. It’s an exclusive for this box and an estimated price is unknown, but 8 ounce candles are listed at about $16 USD on the website. The other candle was called The Glass Castle and it smells like salty sea air, sweet melon, cucumber water, and sea kelp. Estimated price is about $8 USD.

The next items were three bookmarks. Two of the bookmarks were a set from knightmaredaydreams. Estimated price is about $4 USD. The other bookmark was a beautiful woodmark from inkandwonder.designs. The estimated price was about $7 USD, $8.99 in AUS. Both of these bookmarks are so beautiful and I can’t wait to use them!

The next items were stickers!! The couples stickers were designed by meabhd redbubble. Estimated price is about $3 USD each, so $12 USD. The Women of ToG Sticker was designed by Tasia M S Redbubble. Estimated price is about $3 USD. Lastly, the Celaena Sticker was designed by Mymugglemerch and the estimated price of it is about $3 USD.

The next items were a miscellaneous bunch. The first was a letter from a book boyfriend. The letter was “penned” by Azriel and was designed by _bookified. The letter is an exclusive text and the estimated price is about $4 USD, but because the text is exclusive then I will estimate for the custom option which is about $9 USD. The box also included a tattoo of the Night Court from bookmarkdtattoos. The estimated price is about  $4 USD. The other beautiful item is a stunning silhouette bookmark from bookofshadowsstudio. The estimated price is $7 USD.

The final items were pieces of artwork. The ACOWAR artwork is from dorothyreads and the estimated price is usually $15 USD (it seems to be on sale on the website for $11.25 USD if you want to buy yourself a copy). The other piece of artwork from ToG was designed by akoreanseoul and the estimated price is about $7 USD.

Verdict: For the first limited edition box I feel that Enchanted Book Box knocked it out of the park! The estimated value of this box is around $89 USD and that’s without the prices of some of the products. It would be safe to say that the true estimated price of the box is upwards of about or over $100 USD. You are getting a ton of exciting and functional items for your everyday life or for props from this box and it seems that with this box I always get more items for less money than I would have to pay out of pocket for each and every item individually. I recommend this box for everyone and I highly suggest everyone try out this box at least once. I can’t wait for the next limited edition box!

This month’s box was #BOOKSTAFAME! The items in this box are supposed to be geared towards items that any bookstagrammer would need, which is an unique idea in my opinion. The first thing I grabbed out of this wonderful box was this info card. The card was simple, but beautiful and on the back it had information about what was included in this month’s box and a reminder to review the box online!

Out of the many wonderful items in the box, these two were my favorites. The candle is from @fictionalflames and it was an exclusive to the box. It smells so tropical and sweet! The scents in it include peach, tropical fruit, and melon. It’s also colored pink and has a layer of glitter on it. A candle this size usually retails for $6 USD. The other amazing item that I received in this box was this booksleeve from @book_keeperx. This sleeve is so beautiful and wonderfully made. I thought the sleeve would only fit a paperback book, but I’ve been able to fit some of my hardbacks in it just fine. This book sleeve usually retails for $15 USD.

This box also included some beautiful bookmarks that matched the theme perfectly in my opinion. The two top bookmarks were from @laladreamyland. The bookmarks came in plastic sleeves and are very good quality. Her bookmarks usually retail for $1.80 USD. The bottom bookmark was from @markmywordsshop. The bookmark is elastic and is simple, but very beautiful. Her bookmarks usually retail for $5 USD.

The last two items in the box before we get to the book were a set of fairy lights and a fun art print! Fairy lights are a huge prop in the bookstagram community and a must for many. The fairy lights like these you can get for $9.99 USD on Amazon for a set of 6, which would make them about $1.67 USD per light. The art print says “Don’t let the trolls get you down” and was designed and made by the wonderful @reverieandink. Items like this usually retail for $4 USD.

Lastly, THE BOOK! The book this month was Internet Famous by Danika Stone. Here is the excerpt: Internet sensation Madison Nakama has it all! Her pop-culture rewatch site has a massive following, and fans across the world wait on her every post and tweet. And now Laurent, a fellow geek (and unfairly HOT French exchange student!), has started flirting with her in the comments section of her blog. But Laurent’s not the only one watching for Madi’s replies…

Internet fame has a price, and their online romance sparks the unwanted attention of a troll. When Madi’s “real life” hits a rough patch, she feels her whole world crumbling. With Laurent’s support, can Madi rally her friends across the globe to beat the troll, or will he succeed in driving her away from everything―and everyone―she loves?

I’m so excited to read this book! If you’re wanting to pick up a copy it retails on Amazon for $6.56 in paperback.

Verdict: I feel this box is so underappreciated. The attention to detail is superb and the boxes always perfectly match the theme. This one is no different! I feel all of these items in the box perfectly matched the theme and the book, since the book is about an internet sensation like we all strive to be sometimes. The main concern I’ve been seeing about this box seems to be about the price of the box compared to how many items were in the box, which is why I’ve brought back the price counter in my reviews. To have bought the box would have been $38 USD. To buy the items separately would have been $41.83 USD. You do save money buying this box. Another concern I’ve seen is that some people seemed upset about the amount of items in the box. I’ve been subscribing to various boxes for years. When a box has fewer items in the box it usually means that some of the items were more expensive. While it’s okay to want quantity over quality, I’d rather have the quality box. And if you want a box that focuses on quality, then please check out this box. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered the May Game of Thrones themed box! So first of all I want to say this box was one of the most detailed boxes I’ve ever ordered. The attention to detail was absolute perfection! The item pictured above is the information card, but it was made to look like an actual scroll. The wax seal on the front is the Dire Wolf from the Stark House sigil and yes it was a real wax seal.

The first two items from the box were these bookmarks. One was a Mother of Dragons bookmark from Jessicascissorhands (Etsy) and the other was a special bookmark included in the box: a Dracarys bookmark made by paperbackparamour (Instagram). The box was delayed shipping out because the publishing company was late shipping the book out, so the company graciously included this extra beautiful bookmark and it was wrapped!! I’m a HUGE Danny fan and so I was not disappointed.

The next two items was this lip blam from nerdinifties (Instagram). The flavor was called Sansa’s Lemon Cakes and omg the scent was beautiful. The card is a collector card made by MysticMoonMedia (Etsy) and again I loved it because who doesn’t love Danny?!?

Then I found this wonderfully smelling tea from LoskeeverAmmiccante (Etsy) and this awesome Richard Stark penny coin from Shire Post Mint. My husband drinks tea so I’ll have to update you later on how the tea tastes and, little known fact about me, I used to collect coins and so did my husband! So this coin is going in a special place in our home.

BUT WAIT THAT’S NOT ALL! This box was absolutely crammed with items! There was also a candle from flickeringtales (Instagram). The scent is King’s Landing and it also smells wonderful! There was also a pin included in the box with a quote from my other favorite character: Tyrion. The quote says “That’s what I do. I drink and know things”. It was made by GeektasticCreations (Etsy).

The last item before book reveal was this coloring book made by Sweetgeek (Etsy). Now I have something to do while on my plane ride to Ireland!

Lastly, the book! This month’s book was Royal Bastards by Andrew Shvarts. This was a HIGHLY anticipated book and I’m so excited to own a copy of the book! The book was beautifully wrapped in this black tissue paper and with a red ribbon. The book and bookmark both matched the colored worms in the box and this just made the box look so profession and beautiful.

Verdict: Overall I fell in love with this subscription box company with this box. I was already friends with Kailey and I was helping her out on her June box, but I never owned a box of hers until now. I honestly will be subscribing to this box company because it was so much nicer than some of the other bigger book sub boxes I’ve had in the past and this was the best themed box I’ve ever had out of ANY of the other numerous boxes I’ve had in the 3 years I’ve been receiving various boxes. This is a very underappreciated company and I thing that this company can really go places. Order your June box today! This June theme is #bookstafame and there will be a book sleeve in the box! Order now! Only 5 boxes left at the time of posting this review!
